Order Process

Anneli Bull Design ships orders once a week, usually Wednesday, (excluding major holidays). Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and packed before shipping. Delivery times depend on the courier and destination and are provided as a guideline only. They do not account for possible delays due to payment authorization, stock availability, or customs.

Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number and shipping label to update.

Pre-Order

For pre-order items, please expect delivery within the timeframe stated in the product description. For more information, contact us at butikk@annelibull.no.

Domestic Shipping

All domestic orders are shipped via Bring and take 1-3 business days, pending payment authorization and verification.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

All international orders are shipped via DHL, with delivery taking 2-10 business days depending on the destination. We ship DDP (delivery duties paid) to all countries. 

Taxes & Duties

We ship DDP (delivery duties paid) to all countries. Please note that taxes and duties are non-refundable in the event of a return.

Refusal of Payment for Customs Fees

If a shipment from Murlong Cres is refused, you will be responsible for the initial shipping costs, any incurred import fees, and return shipping expenses. In some cases, the shipping carrier may deem the package abandoned, leading to its disposal. Such orders will not be eligible for a refund.
